First look at Echo Valley starring Julianne Moore, Sydney Sweeney and Domhnall Gleeson

April 10, 2025 by Gary Collinson

Apple TV+ has released a batch of first-look images from Echo Valley, its upcoming thriller from director Michael Pearce (Beast), screenwriter Brad Inglesby (Mare of Easttown) and producer Ridley Scott.

The film stars Oscar-winner Julianne Moore as a mother trying to protect her troubled daughter, played by Sydney Sweeney, and features a supporting cast that includes Domhnall Gleeson, Kyle MacLachlan, Fiona Shaw, and Edmund Donovan. Check out the first look images here…

Starring Julianne Moore as Kate Garretson, the film follows a mother struggling to make peace with her troubled daughter Claire (multi-Emmy® nominee Sydney Sweeney)—a situation that becomes even more perilous when Claire shows up on Kate’s doorstep, hysterical and covered in someone else’s blood. As Kate pieces together what happened, she learns just how far a mother will go to try to save her child in this gripping tale of love, sacrifice, and survival.

Echo Valley is coming to Apple TV+ and select cinemas on June 13th 2025.
