Joining DiCaprio and Gladstone in the cast of the film are Robert De Niro and Jesse Plemons, along with antoo Cardinal, Cara Jade Myers, JaNae Collins, Jillian Dion, William Belleau, Jason Isbell, Louis Cancelmi, Scott Shepherd, and Sturgill Simpson.

Scorsese is producing and directing Killers of the Flower Moon from a script he has co-written with Eric Roth. DiCaprio also produces through his Appian Way banner.
