Giovanni Ribisi returning for all four Avatar sequels

With production underway on James Cameron’s Avatar sequels, Deadline is reporting that Giovanni Ribisi has become the latest cast member from the original movie to sign on for all four of the new films.

Ribisi reprises his role of Parker Selfridge, head administrator of the RDA responsible for the mining operations on Pandora. He joins fellow returnees Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Joel David Moore, CCH Pounder, Matt Gerald, Stephen Lang and Sigourney Weaver, while new additions to the cast include Kate Winslet, Oona Chaplin, Cliff Curtis, Britain Dalton, Filip Geljo, Jamie Flatters, Bailey Bass, Trinity Bliss, Jack Champion, and Duane Evans Jr.

Avatar 2 will open on December 18th 2020, followed by Avatar 3 on December 17th 2021, Avatar 4 on December 20th 2024 and Avatar 5 on December 19th 2025.
