Jeff Goldblum, Charlie Day, Jenny Slate and Sterling K. Brown join Hotel Artemis

Several actors have joined the cast of Drew Pearce’s directorial debut, with Jeff Goldblum (Thor: Ragnarok), Charlie Day (Pacific Rim), Jenny Slate (Gifted) and Sterling K. Brown (American Crime Story) set to star alongside the previously announced Jodie Foster and Dave Bautista in the sci-fi film Hotel Artemis.

Hotel Artemis sees Foster as a nurse in the near future who runs an underground hospital for sinister criminals in Los Angeles. She soon discovers one of her charges has a hidden agenda: to assassinate another patient. The film is being produced by Marc Platt and The Ink Factory’s Stephen and Simon Cornwall.

This will be Foster’s first film in three years. Bautista can currently be seen reprising his role as Drax in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, while Jeff Goldblum next appears in Marvel’s Thor: Ragnarok and Charlie Day has recently wrapped filming on Pacific Rim: Uprising. Jenny Slate’s next film will be Landline, while Sterling K. Brown is set to feature in Shane Black’s The Predator.
