Kate Winslet and Matthias Schoenaerts reunite for The Palace

A Little Chaos co-stars Kate Winslet and Matthias Schoenaerts are set to star alongside one another again in HBO’s limited series The Palace. The series is developed by Succession’s Will Tracy and Frank Rich with Stephen Frears (The Queen) directing.

The Palace tells “the story of one year within the walls of the palace of an authoritarian regime as it begins to unravel.”

Tracy will serve as showrunner, writer and executive producer on the limited series. Frears will direct all episodes and executive produce alongside Rich, Winslet and Tracey Seaward while the writing team will include Sarah DeLappe (Bodies Bodies Bodies) and several late night comedy writers that includes Seth Reiss, Juli Weiner, Jen Spyra and Gary Shteyngart.

Schoenaerts can currently be seen in Amsterdam [read our review here} and recently wrapped production on The Old Guard 2 while Winslet has reunited with her Titanic director James Cameron for this December’s Avatar: The Way of Water.
