Lady Gaga is known for her killer fashion, and now she’s starring in a film where fashion turns killer. In the first official image from House of Gucci, Adam Driver joins Gaga to debut their looks as Maurizio Gucci and Patrizia Reggiani.
Ridley Scott will helm this upcoming biographical crime film for MGM. Gaga plays Patrizia Reggiani, the ex-wife of Maurizio Gucci, who was tried and convicted of orchestrating her ex-husband’s assassination. Adam Driver plays Maurizio Gucci, an Italian businessman who headed Gucci and was the grandson to House’s creator.
The film is based on the book The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamour, and Greed by Sara Gay Forden, with a script from Roberto Bentivegna. The film recently began principal photography last month, just as the recent shooting of Lady Gaga’s assistant and kidnapping of her dogs occurred.

House of Gucci is currently set for release in the United States on November 24th, 2021 and also stars Al Pacino, Jared Leto, Jack Huston, Reeve Carney, Camille Cottin, and Jeremy Irons.
