Macaulay Culkin to star in Seth Green’s Changeland

June 27, 2017 by Gary Collinson

Macaulay Culkin is set for a return to the big screen, with Entertainment Weekly reporting that the Home Alone star has joined the cast of Changeland, the director debut of Seth Green.

Changeland sees Green playing “a hesitant character undergoing a personal crisis as he meets up in Thailand with his self-assured best friend, portrayed by Breckin Meyer.” Also featuring in the cast are Brenda Song, Clare Grant, Rose Williams, Kedar Williams-Stirling and WWE Superstar Randy Orton.

Culkin previously starred with Green in the 2003 film Party Monster, and has also lent his voice to the animated series Robot Chicken. Aside from last year’s Adam Green’s Aladdin, it’s been ten years since Culkin last appeared on the big screen in 2007’s Sex and Breakfast.
