Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle gets a free Versus Mode update

December 7, 2017 by Emma Withington

Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle receives a whole new mode via a free update this Friday, 8th December. Welcome to the local Versus Mode! It’s time for you and a buddy to go head-to-head in a battle of wits and strategic thinking. You will form your battle plans by each choosing three characters, with specific stats and skill sets to forge your tactical victory, as you play across ‘unique and evolving battlefields’. Customise your battles by limiting the number of turns, adding a time-limit, removing item drops, and more to adjust the scale of your tactical experience. Let’s not forget that Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle will continue to expand via the Season Pass, set to bring more single-player content in the new year!

ABOUT: Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle is the story of an unexpected encounter between the most famous video game character, Mario, and the irreverent and chaotic Rabbids as they join forces to restore the Mushroom Kingdom, which has been torn apart by a mysterious vortex.  Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle is already available on Nintendo Switch.
