GLOW is inspired by the 80s TV series Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling and sees Alison Brie starring as Ruth, a struggling actress who finds a chance of stardom thanks to the world of women’s wrestling.
The series has been created by Nurse Jackie’s Liz Flahive and Carly Mensch, and also stars Betty Gilpin, Sydelle Noel, Britney Young, Britt Baron, Kate Nash, Gayle Rankin, Kia Stevens, Jackie Tohn and Marc Maron.
