Netflix’s Legends adds Steve Coogan, Tom Burke and Hayley Squires

March 21, 2025 by Ricky Church

Netflix’s upcoming heist drama Legends, based on one of the UK’s most infamous cases, has added Steve Coogan (Philomena), Tom Burke (Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga) and Hayley Squires (Beau is Afraid) to its cast.

Legends is “inspired by one of the most remarkable criminal investigations ever conducted, following a group of British Customs employees sent undercover to infiltrate some of the country’s most dangerous criminal drug gangs.”

The trio of actors join Aml Ameen (A Man in Full), Jasmine Blackborow (The Gentlemen), Douglas Hodge (Joker), Tom Hughes (The English), Johnny Harris (A Gentleman in Moscow), Gerald Kyd (The Assassin) and Charlotte Ritchie (You).

Legends is created by Neil Forsyth (The Gold) with Brady Hood and Julian Holmes directing the episodes. Forsyth is producing with Ben Farrell for All3Media as well as Charles Leech. There is no word as of yet on when production is expected to begin.
