Olivia Munn joins Shane Black’s The Predator

November 3, 2016 by Gary Collinson

Originally published November 3, 2016. Updated April 15, 2018.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, X-Men: Apocalypse star Olivia Munn is in final talks to join the cast of Shane Black’s The Predator, where she would take on the role of a scientist.

The Predator is being headlined by Narcos star Boyd Holbrook, who will soon join the X-Men universe himself with his role in Logan, and is playing a special forces commando.

Although plot details for the reboot / sequel are being kept under wraps, THR is reporting that the film will see the Predator doing its hunting in a suburban setting (UPDATE: Shane Black has since debunked the suburban setting).
