Power Rangers: Legacy Wars – Street Fighter Showdown short film released online

October 9, 2018 by Gary Collinson

As part of the celebrations surrounding the big video game crossover between Power Rangers: Legacy Wars and Street Fighter, Lionsgate has teamed with Hasbro, nWay and Capcom to release the short film Power Rangers: Legacy Wars – Street Fighter Showdown.

Produced by Bat in the Sun and AllSpark Pictures, the short chronicles how the legendary Street Fighter character Ryu is transported to the realm of the Morphin Grid and given a Crimson Hawk Power Coin, allowing him to morph into the Ryu Ranger and team up with the Power Rangers to battle M. Bison.

Look out for fan favourite Mighty Morphin Power Rangers star Jason David Frank, who reprises the role of Tommy Oliver alongside Power Rangers Megaforce’s Ciara Hanna as Gia Moran.

Power Rangers: Legacy Wars is available to download now in the App Store, Google Play, and Amazon Appstore.
