The next game of hide-and-seek will begin sooner than originally planned. Searchlight Pictures has moved up the release date of the anticipated Ready or Not 2: Here I Come from April to March.
Directed by Radio Silence with Samara Weaving reprising her role as the blood-spattered and newly widowed Grace, Ready or Not 2: Here I Come was originally slated for an April 10th, 2026 release but has been moved up by two weeks to March 27th.
The sequel comes seven years after the release of Ready or Not, which followed Grace on her wedding day to her her husband, celebrating with his very wealthy family. A traditional game to welcome the newest member into the family turns into a horrific bloody game of hide-and-seek as the family hunts Grace down with the intent to kill her before sunrise.
Ready or Not 2 picks up right after the conclusion of the first film as several other wealthy families come together to hunt Grace and her sister Faith in a new game.

Moments after surviving an all-out attack from the Le Domas family, Grace (Samara Weaving) discovers she’s reached the next level of the nightmarish game — and this time with her estranged sister Faith (Kathryn Newton) at her side. Grace has one chance to survive, keep her sister alive, and claim the High Seat of the Council that controls the world. Four rival families are hunting her for the throne, and whoever wins rules it all.
Ready or Not 2: Here I Come features Samara Weaving, Kathryn Newton, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Shawn Hatosy, Néstor Carbonell, David Cronenberg, Elijah Wood, Kevin Durand, Olivia Cheng, Varun Saranga and Daniel Beirne.
Ready or Not 2: Here I Come is set for release on April 10th 2026.
