SPOILERS: And the post credits sequence of Terminator Genisys is…

July 1, 2015 by Luke Owen

WARNING: Huge spoilers for the ending of Terminator Genisys, obviously

Seriously – we’re going to spoil the not just the ending of Terminator Genisys, but also the post-credits sequence. We did this for Avengers: Age of Ultron and some people got upset we spoiled the ending of the movie (?), so be warned. Also, if you are going to comment, please keep the comments spoiler free. Thanks!

Now, here it is:

At the end of the movie, Kyle, Sarah and “Pops” destroy Cyberdyne Systems and stop Genisys from creating Judgment Day. But as they ride off into the sunset to be a family together, we cut back to the ruins of Cyberdyne Systems to see a giant red orb – which we presume to be Genisys – and we get a quick shot of Matt Smith’s Skynet appear to look at it, signalling that the trio did in fact not stop Genisys or Judgment Day. So, looks like we will be getting a sequel after all.

Remember – no spoilers in the comments section people!
