Star Wars: The Last Jedi will force Finn to choose a side

April 15, 2017 by Robert Kojder

Following on from the release of the first trailer for Star Wars: The Last Jedi, actor John Boyega has been discussing the character of Finn and what the role will demand of him in this latest chapter of the Star Wars saga.

Speaking to Fandango at Star Wars Celebration, Boyega revealed that Finn will have to choose what side he is on, saying: “Yeah very physical, very physical. He’s on a new mission, there’s a new goal now. The Resistance is under immense pressure. The First Order is back and badder than ever, and it requires Finn to make a choice as to what side he’s on.”

Boyega went on to say that “Finn has some combat in this one, and it’s going to be really interesting and people are going to love it.”
