Stranger Things star Matthew Modine teases his return for season 2

February 21, 2017 by Samuel Brace

Full Metal Jacket actor Matthew Modine has taken to social media to tease his character’s return for the much anticipated season two of Netflix’s Stranger Things.

We have been unsure if the actor who portrayed character Dr. Brenner, the season’s creepy antagonist, would be returning for the second season, adding to the deep layer of mystery that already surrounds the nostalgic sci-fi adventure.

At the end of season one it looked like Dr. Brenner had seen his last days but a recent post on instagram by Modine perhaps says otherwise.

Now this isn’t concrete proof that Brenner is returning but this certainly seems to suggest that the good doctor might rear his conniving head once more. We will have to wait until the new season drops however to see how the whole thing plays out.
