September 19, 2021 by Ricky Church

HBO has released the full trailer for the third season of Succession. Starring Brian Cox as family patriarch and media mogul Logan Roy, the trailer teases the war breaking out within the family as Logan’s son betrays him and lines are drawn as each family member grasps for a chance at power within the company and family. Watch the trailer below…

Succession stars Brian Cox, Jeremy Strong, Kieran Culkin, Sarah Snook, Matthew Macfadyen and Nicholas Braun. Joining the third season is Alexander Skarsgård, Adrien Brody and Hope Davis as members of a rival family looking to take advantage of the Roys’ infighting.  The synopsis for the third season reads:

Ambushed by his rebellious son Kendall at the end of Season 2, Logan Roy (Brian Cox) begins Season 3 in a perilous position. Scrambling to secure familial, political, and financial alliances, tensions rise as a bitter corporate battle threatens to turn into a family civil war.

Succession will premiere on HBO on October 17th.
