Tawny Cypress joins the cast of Supergirl

November 5, 2015 by Gary Collinson

Fresh from the news that Emma Caulfield (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) is to play Cameron Chase in Supergirl, TV Line is now reporting that Tawny Cypress (Unforgettable) is set for a guest role in the DC series.

Cypress is set to play Miranda Crane, “a senator peddling her anti-alien beliefs to garner votes. Senator Crane finds herself on the other side of the issue when her visit to National City is interrupted by an alien attack, forcing her to possibly accept help from an extraterrestrial — Supergirl.”
