It looks like The Expendables franchise is branching out, with Deadline reporting that Sylvester Stallone is bringing the action to the small screen with a new event series at Fox.
The series will be executive produced by Stallone and Avi Lerner, with Shane Brennan (NCIS) serving as showrunner and writing alongside Greg Coolide and Kirk Ward.
According to the site, the “fun action drama will unite iconic TV stars as a new team of highly-skilled heroes who are on a mission to stop a dangerous terrorist.”
