According to an exclusive report from Deadline, The Help stars Bryce Dallas Howard and Octavia Spencer are set to reunite for Fairy Tale Ending, a female ensemble comedy set up at Universal Pictures.
Plot details for the movie are being kept tightly under wraps, but we do know that the project is based on a pitch from screenwriters Jim Hecht (Ice Age: The Meltdown) and Tracy McMillan (Marvel’s Runaways), while Seth MacFarlane (Family Guy) is attached to produce through his Fuzzy Door production company.
Howard is coming off the blockbuster sequel Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom and can currently be heard lending her voice to Sony’s A Dog’s Way Home. Spencer meanwhile followed her Oscar-nominated turn in The Shape of Water with the Paramount comedy Instant Family.
