Truth. Justice. Whatever. Supergirl poster and trailer tease fly online ahead of tomorrow’s trailer

December 10, 2025 by Matt Rodgers

Ahead of tomorrow’s teaser trailer DC Studios has dropped an attitude-laden poster and trailer tease for next summer’s superhero blockbuster Supergirl.

Starring Milly Alcock (House of the Dragon) as Kal-El’s chaotic cousin, the character made her debut during the final scenes of DC studio head-honcho James Gunn’s $600 million grossing Superman, which kickstarted this new look world earlier this year.

Based on the graphic novel Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, the film is being directed by I, Tonya‘s Craig Gillespie from a script written by Ana Nogueira (Hightown). Starring alongside Milly Alcock in the dual role of Supergirl/Kara Zor-El are Matthias Schoenaerts as the villain Krem of the Yellow Hill, Eve Ridley as Ruthye Mary Knolle, Jason Momoa as Lobo, Alice Hewkin as a Sklarian Raider  and David Krumholtz and Emily Beecham as the titular superhero’s parents. Check out the poster and teaser below…

“When an unexpected and ruthless adversary strikes too close to home, Kara Zor-El, aka Supergirl, reluctantly joins forces with an unlikely companion on an epic, interstellar journey of vengeance and justice.”
