Two more join Kate Beckinsale for Underworld 5

September 10, 2015 by Scott J. Davis

With production on Underworld: Next Generation set for next month, casting is well underway for the fifth installment in the successful action/horror franchise Underworld, and now we have word on two new additions to the project.

Firstly, British newcomer Clementine Nicholson will play Lena, a Nordic Coven warrior and daughter of Vidar. She will be joined by British TV star Bradley James (Merlin), with the actor reportedly set to play the villain of the new film. Kate Beckinsale returns once again as the lead character Selene, the fourth time she has played the character in the franchise. Divergent star Theo James and Tobias Menzies (Outlander) also co-star in the film, which is set to film in Prague from October under director Anna Foerster (Outlander).

Underworld: Next Generation is set for release on October 21st, 2016.
