Val Kilmer excited about potential return as Iceman in Top Gun 2

Hot on the heels of Tom Cruise announcing that a sequel to the 1980s classic Top Gun is in the works (with his Oblivion director Joseph Kosinski high on the list to helm the project), Val Kilmer took to social media to express enthusiasm in returning as Maverick’s rival turned friend, Iceman. Obviously, very little is yet known about Top Gun 2, but Tom Cruise expects it could shoot as early as next year. Stay with us for more information as it becomes available. And for now, let us know below in the comments if you are excited to see Val Kilmer potentially retiring as Iceman…
