Video Review – Becky (2020)

June 2, 2020 by EJ Moreno

EJ Moreno reviews the new revenge horror film Becky…

Diving into a darker film than usual, join our critic EJ Moreno as he reviews Becky. This revenge horror film is sure to shock viewers as we see comedic actor Kevin James take a much more sinister role than usual. But the real centerpiece of this film is Lulu Wilson as the titular Becky. What the script lacks in its depth, she more than makes up for in acting. Becky, the gleefully brutally film, is surely her coming out party as a true star.

Watch the review below, and be sure to head on over to our YouTube channel for more videos and exclusive content…

“The film centers on rebellious 14-year-old Becky (Lulu Wilson) as she’s brought to a weekend getaway at a lake house by her father in an effort to try to reconnect after her mother’s death. The trip takes a turn for the worse when a group of convicts on the run, led by the merciless Dominick (Kevin James), suddenly invade the lake house. Becky, not daddy’s little girl anymore, decides to take matters into her own hands.”

Becky is set a digital and VOD release for June 5th.
