It looks like production may be underway on Warner Bros.’ fourth DC Extended Universe offering Wonder Woman, with DC’s Geoff Johns announcing on Twitter that he’s in Rickmansworth, England ready for the shoot, as well as tweeting director Patty Jenkins that “It’s THE DAY!”.
So far, the only confirmed cast members are Gal Gadot, who reprises the role of the Amazon Princess from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and Star Trek star Chris Pine, who is playing Steve Trevor. Nicole Kidman is also said to be in talks about a role, which could be Diana’s mother Queen Hippolyta.
Expect an official announcement and casting news from Warner Bros. soon.
