Zachary Levi joins Heroes Reborn

January 16, 2015 by Gary Collinson

It’s been a while since we’ve heard anything about NBC’s upcoming Heroes reboot Heroes Reborn, but now we have some casting news, with Zachary Levi (Chuck, Thor: The Dark World) signing on for a role in the 13-part event series.

“There are a few franchises I’ve always wanted to be a part of, and Heroes is one of them,” Levi tells TVLine. “Chuck gave me the opportunity to wield some fun powers, but an entire world with superpowers is a world I’ve always wanted to explore. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to work with Tim [Kring], and the awesome team around him, in bringing this to life. Moreover, to be working with NBC again is such a reward in itself, as my bonds and relationships there are deep.”

Levi is set to join Jack Coleman, who will return as Noah Bennet, a.k.a. The Man in the Horn-Rimmed Glasses. More casting is set to be announced in the coming weeks.
