Blindspot’s Joe Dinicol to play Ragman in Arrow season 5

July 23, 2016 by Gary Collinson

It looks like Arrow is adding yet another vigilante to its ranks for season five, with Entertainment Weekly reporting that Joe Dinicol (Blindspot) has signed on for a recurring role as Rory Regan, a.k.a. Ragman.

The character description for Ragman reads: “Fresh from a personal tragedy, Rory hopes to find answers in Star City, where he ultimately crosses paths with Green Arrow (Stephen Amell).”

Arrow has added several new additions for season five, including Carly Pope (The Tomorrow People) as Susan Williams, Josh Segarra (Chicago P.D.) as The Vigilante, Rick Gonzalez (Coach Carter) as Wild Dog, Tyler Ritter (The McCarthys) as Detective Malone, and Chad L. Coleman (The Walking Dead) as the new villain Tobias Church.

Season five of Arrow gets underway on The CW on October 5th.
