Zack Snyder wears Batman’s gauntlet while working on Deathstroke storyboard

September 29, 2016 by Gary Collinson

Justice League director Zack Snyder has taken to Twitter to share on image of himself working on a storyboard whilst “cosplaying” by wearing Batman’s gauntlet; take a look at the image here…

Batman-News zoomed in on the storyboard itself, revealing that Snyder is actually working on a scene featuring Deathstroke (and what looks like it may be Lex Luthor), which begs the question – is Deathstroke going to appear in Justice League after all? Or is Snyder lending a hand to the storyboard for Ben Affleck’s Batman movie? The last we heard, Affleck hadn’t quite finished the script, and the movie is said to be a year and a half away from production, so I’m thinking a Justice League appearance from Deathstroke could well be on the cards.

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Justice League will reunite Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice stars Henry Cavill as Superman, Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Jason Mamoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth and Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor alongside J.K. Simmons (Whiplash) as Commissioner Gordon, Amber Heard (The Danish Girl) as Mera, Willem Dafoe (Spider-Man) as Vulko and Julian Lewis Jones (Stella) in an as-yet-unrevealed role. It is set for release on November 17th 2017.
