Video game adaptations have acquired a reputation for being, how do we put it, bad. From Silent Hill and Max Payne to Ratchet & Clank and Assassin’s Creed, we are aware of the gap in quality.

Now, we all know about releases like Tomb Raider and Sonic the Hedgehog that are doing a good job at making these adaptations more mainstream, but they are from from being alone. Throughout history, we have seen the animation industry take it upon themselves to produce quality products from the video game industry.
