Stephen Amell is gunning for an Arrow/Supernatural crossover

July 6, 2017 by Samuel Brace

Star of Arrow, Stephen Amell, is really interested in a cross over between his show and Supernatural.

Crossovers are of course all the rage today with cinematic universes permeating every part of TV and film culture. The CW is fully on board with this current trend, having produced crossover events in the past with its various DC related properties.

But it’s another CW show outside the world of comic books that Amell wants to cross paths with, responding on Facebook to the question of if Arrow and Supernatural can come together.

“I mean, that’s really up to Jensen and Jared. I heard that they’re getting a spin-off which is exciting but as the much, much more senior members of the CW family, it really would be about finding a moment in their schedule to make all the fans happy. I’m totally up for it. I’m not trying to pass the buck, but the buck is now sitting at their feet.”

This kind of thinking can of cause lead to multiple problems with regards to continuity and other ramifications of melding universes. However, fans of both shows would surely be pumped for a one off mash-up episode so perhaps something could happen should both party’s world’s align.
