Injustice 2 adds Hellboy, Raiden and Black Manta with Fighter Pack 2 DLC

August 26, 2017 by Andrew Newton

NetherRealm Studios have announced the upcoming release of the second Fighter Pack DLC for their hit fighter title Injustice 2.  As with Fighter Pack DLC 1, The Fighter Pack 2 DLC will bring three new and familiar characters to the game and will come as part of the Injustice 2 Ulitmate Edition or be able to be purchased separately.

First new character introduced in the trailer is Raiden from Mortal Kombat, NetherRealm’s other top notch fighting game.  Raiden has obviously been showing off his skills to Sub Zero who we see bounce off a wall before slumping into a heap.  After this we are introduced to DC’s Black Manta who fires off a couple of rockets at Raiden (who does one of his perfect ‘at the right moment’ vanishing acts) only for one to be caught by everyone’s favourite quasi-demon Hellboy who in typical Hellboy fashion uses its flame to light a cigar (that guy is so cool).

Check out the reveal trailer here…

The Fighter Pack 2 DLC will be available on the 12th September and will more than likely, just like the Fighter Pack 1 DLC, include a couple of extra gubbins to go along with the three new characters.
