Teagan Croft cast as Raven in Teen Titans series Titans

August 4, 2017 by Gary Collinson

Warner Bros. has announced the first casting news for its upcoming live-action Teen Titans show Titans, with Deadline reporting that 13-year-old Australian actress Teagan Croft (The Osiris Child) has signed on to portray Raven.

Raven is described as “the daughter of a demon [and] a powerful empath who must keep her emotions in check or risk unleashing her demonic side.”

Developed by Akiva Goldsman (Star Trek: Discovery), Greg Berlanti (Arrow) and Geoff Johns (Wonder Woman), the series sees Dick Grayson emerging from the shadows to become the leader of a fearless group of young superheroes recruited from every corner of the DC Universe.

Titans is slated to air as part of Warner Bros.’ new DC digital service next year.
