Bradley Cooper reportedly in talks to play WWE’s Vince McMahon in biopic

October 2, 2017 by Gary Collinson

Back in April of this year it was announced that Glenn Ficarra and John Requa (Crazy, Stupid, Love) had signed on to direct a biopic of Vince McMahon, and now comes word that Bradley Cooper is in talks to portray the WWE Chairman and sports entertainment mogul.

According to PW Insider, WWE Studios and TriStar Pictures have made an offer to Cooper’s representatives, although there’s been no word yet as to whether he’s keen on boarding the project.

Given that McMahon himself is on board as a producer, it’s unclear as to what angle the biopic – titled Pandemonium – will take, and whether it will present an accurate depiction of his life. It has been reported that the original screenplay has undergone significant rewrites since WWE Studios come on board, suggesting that some of the more controversial aspects of Vince’s story may have been removed.

Do you think Bradley Cooper would make a good fit for Vince McMahon? If not, who could you see in the role? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below…
