October 15, 2017 by Andrew Newton

With the launch of BAFL – Brakes Are For Losers on PC just round the corner (18th October) developer Studio Oudidon have released a free playable demo to show off how amazing this tribute to arcade racers looks.  A trailer can be seen below showcasing the Brake Lagoon track…

The playable demo available now on Steam will give players access to one of the many tracks included in the full game for the Time Attack or Perfect Race modes, there will also be a 3 track championship for up to 4 players to enjoy (instead of the usual 8 players available in the full game).

Once BAFL – Brakes Are For Losers is released it will feature:

  • Over 10 uniquely themed tracks.
  • Up to 8 players able to race on the same screen
  • Solo and multiplayer championships with car upgrades
  • Custom races and championships (with dozens of possibilities)
  • Time attack with world ladders and ghosts
  • No Brakes!

As well as the demo Studio Oudidon are also celebrating the upcoming release with a Pre-Release Weekend Contest which is running now until Sunday, 11:59PM Pacific Time (GMT-7).  All players need to do is climb the Time Attack leaderboard in the demo and if you make it in the top 10 then you win a copy of the game.  Get racing!

Download the playable demo from Steam now.
