As we wait with bated breath for our first official glimpse at Avengers: Infinity War, directors Anthony and Joe Russo have taken to Twitter to tease a scene of mass destruction from the hotly-anticipated Marvel blockbuster (or perhaps its as-yet-untitled sequel). The image is somewhat vague, but we’d have to assume this is some kind of battleground where Earth’s Mightiest Heroes have went up against Thanos…

As the Avengers and their allies have continued to protect the world from threats too large for any one hero to handle, a new danger has emerged from the cosmic shadows: Thanos.
