Nick Jonas is “super down” for playing Nightwing in the DC solo movie

December 5, 2017 by Samuel Brace

Nick Jonas has said that he is keen on playing the part of Nightwing in the superhero’s solo movie.

Director Chris McKay is busy working on the Nightwing solo movie for DC and Warner Bros. and the casting talk for the titular character hasn’t stopped.

While details regarding the film are being kept quiet, and a release date is yet to be revealed, one actor that is interested in the main role is none other than Nick Jonas.

Speaking with Comicbook.com while promoting his new movie Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, Jonas was asked to respond to certain fans calling for him to play the role of Nightwing and if he would be interested in the part.

“I would. I’d be super down for this. I didn’t know there was people vying for me to play this role but keep the chatter alive people! If you vote for me, maybe they’ll cast me in it! And then, I don’t know, I’ll thank you all later.”

If Jonas really is keen on the role, hopefully his agents will do more than just cheer on social media campaigns, perhaps arranging a meeting between him and the studio.
