With filming on 2019’s Captain Marvel expected to get underway soon, Brie Larson has taken to social media to tease her preparations for her role as United States Air Force pilot Major Carol Danvers, with the Oscar-winning actress embarking on some flight training at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada.

Captain Marvel is set for release on March 6th 2019 and stars Brie Larson as Carol Danvers, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Jude Law as Dr. Walter Lawson/Mar-Vell, and Ben Mendelsohn and DeWanda Wise in as-yet-unrevealed roles. Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck (Mississippi Grind) are directing.
