Simon Pegg expects to be back for Mission: Impossible 7

June 25, 2018 by Amie Cranswick

We’re still a month out from the release of Mission: Impossible – Fallout, the sixth entry in Paramount Pictures and Skydance Productions’ spy series, but Simon Pegg has revealed that he believes it’s only a matter of time before he and his co-stars are choosing to accept another impossible mission.

“[The franchise] shows no signs of slowing down,” Pegg told CinePop when asked about the prospect of a Mission: Impossible 7. “I imagine that at some point we’ll be doing mad things again, so, yeah… never say never.”

Pegg also touched upon how returning Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation director Christopher McQuarrie was “at pains to make [Fallout] feel different [from past instalments]… the look of it is different; the lighting, production design – it’s gonna feel like another, different movie.”
