Bryce Dallas Howard has defended Star-Lord’s actions in Avengers: Infinity War

September 18, 2018 by Samuel Brace

Chris Pratt’s co-star in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom has defended Star-Lord’s actions in Avengers: Infinity War.

Rightly or wrongly, Chris Pratt’s character Star-Lord is receiving a fair bit of abuse for his behaviour in Avengers: Infinity War, which many believed led to the mass killings enacted by Thanos.

Pratt’s co-star in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, however, sees it as purely Thanos’ fault, and has defended Star-Lord while speaking to ComicBook.com in a recent interview: “Well, here’s what I thought: I thought that it was a good story, well told. He’s the most human character. He’s half human and that spoke to his humanity in that moment. I think it is important that everyone realize that it was Thanos who did it. It was Thanos!”

Howard isn’t wrong, the person responsible for what ultimately happened in Infinity War is Thanos, and even though Star-Lord acted foolishly when the Avengers were trying to remove the gauntlet, he surely can’t be held responsible. Or can he? Let us know below.
