October 9, 2018 by Gary Collinson

The CW has unveiled the first official image of Ruby Rose as Kate Kane, a.k.a. Batwoman, as she’ll appear in the upcoming Arrowverse crossover ‘Elseworlds’. Check out the (mostly) comic book accurate costume here, and let us know what you make of it in the comments below!

Rose’s Batwoman will make her debut in the three-night crossover between The Flash, Arrow and Supergirl, with the plan being for the character to then spin off into her own solo series in the 2019-2020 TV season.

The crossover will see The Flash (Grant Gustin), Green Arrow (Stephen Amell) and Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) heading to Gotham City to investigate Arkhm Asylum doctor John Deegan (Jeremy Davies). In addition to Rose’s Batwoman, the crossover will also feature the return of Tyler Hoechlin’s Superman as well as introducing Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois Lane and Cassandra Jean Amell as Nora Fries.

‘Elseworlds’ begins with The Flash on December 9th, followed by Arrow on December 10th and Supergirl on December 11th.
