Vertigo Games and InnerspaceVR have announced the release of their critically acclaimed VR adventure game A Fisherman’s Tale on the Oculus Quest.  Players can expect refurbished gameplay and an improved user experience.  Check out the new live-action trailer below.

The award-winning A Fisherman’s Tale takes players to the mind bending world of a fisherman tasked with turning on the light of the lighthouse before a devastating storm hits.  As a tiny fisherman puppet players will need to climb the lighthouse to turn on the light assisted only by some uncanny little sidekicks.

The game features:

  • Clamber up the lighthouse and break multiple laws of physics in a variety ofmind-bending puzzles.
  • With the help of uncanny sidekicks, make it to the top of the lighthouse before The Big Storm hits.
  • Toy around with your model lighthouse, inside a lighthouse, within another lighthouse.
  • Uncover the truth behind an unusually tall fisherman’s tale.

“We are excited to welcome an entirely new audience to the game and we hope that you will thoroughly enjoy the adventure of our little fisherman on the Quest!” Says InnerspaceVR Creative Director Balthazar Auxietre.

A Fisherman’s Tale is available to download now for the Oculus Quest, get it from the Oculus Store for £10.99/ $14.99/ €14.99.
