Marvel’s What If…? season 2 is already being worked on, says Kevin Feige

December 20, 2019 by Liam Waddington

Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige has announced in an interview with BuzzFeed Brazil that the second season of the Disney+ series, What If…? is already in development.

“I’m very happy that we’re doing the What If…? series for Disney+ right now, and I’ve seen most of them. We have ten (episodes) for Season 1, we’re already working on the next ten for Season 2,” he said.

The Marvel animated series is set to explore a variety of scenarios which showcase how the MCU may have changed if major events from the 23 movies played out differently. For example, the three episodes that have all been previously announced include What If Peggy Carter Took the Super-Soldier Serum?, What If Bucky Barnes Fought Zombie Captain America?, and What If T’Challa Was Star-Lord?.
