Lionsgate has released a new trailer for writer-director Castille Landon’s upcoming horror-thriller Fear of Rain which stars Madison Iseman, as Rain Burroughs, a teenager diagnosed with schizophrenia who enlists the help of her best friend (Israel Broussard) to investigate if the shadows and cries from her neighbours attic are real or a terrifying hallucination; take a look here…
For teenager Rain Burroughs (Madison Iseman), a diagnosis with schizophrenia means that every day is a struggle as she tries to figure out which of the disturbing images, harrowing voices, and traumatic feelings she experiences are real and which are all in her mind. But when Rain insists against her parents’ (Katherine Heigl and Harry Connick, Jr.) advice that the shadows and cries from her neighbor’s attic are hiding a dark secret, she enlists help from Caleb (Israel Broussard), the charmingly awkward new boy at school – who himself may not be real.
Fear of Rain is set for a digital, On Demand and limited theatrical release on February 12th, followed by a Blu-ray and DVD release on February 16th, and features a cast that includes Madison Iseman, Israel Broussard, Katherine Heigl, Eugenie Bondurant, and Harry Connick Jr.
