This summer marks a pretty big one for screenwriter Tim Sheridan as he has multiple projects releasing in a very short window. A few weeks ago the anticipated animated film Batman: The Long Halloween, Part 1 and soon not only will the second part be released, but Netflix will premiere Masters of the Universe: Revelation and Transformers War for Cybertron Trilogy: Kingdom, both of which Sheridan served as a writer on.
We got the chance to sit down with Sheridan for a very lengthy and insightful discussion on his career writing these huge pop culture characters, including Superman in Superman: Man of Tomorrow. We discussed the popularity of Batman and his early years of crime fighting, working with Kevin Smith on Revelation and the long-lasting impact of Transformers.
