Violent Night clips see David Harbour’s Santa Claus in action

November 18, 2022 by Amie Cranswick

With just two weeks to go until its release, two clips have been released for the festive action thriller Violent Night, the first of which sees David Harbour’s Santa lose his cool as he takes out an aggressive armed criminal, while the second gives us a peek at Saint Nick trying to negotiate with the team of mercenaries holding a family hostage and preventing him from doing his duties on Christmas Eve.

Along with the clips come a new featurette featuring Harbour, co-stars John Leguizamo, Leah Brady, Alexis Louder, and director Tommy Wirkola discussing what we can expect from the movie. Check them out below…

When a team of mercenaries breaks into a wealthy family compound on Christmas Eve, taking everyone inside hostage, the team isn’t prepared for a surprise combatant: Santa Claus (David Harbour, Black Widow, Stranger Things series) is on the grounds, and he’s about to show why this Nick is no saint.

Joining David Harbour in the cast are John Leguizamo (John Wick), Cam Gigandet (Without Remorse), Alex Hassell (Cowboy Bebop), Alexis Louder (The Tomorrow War), Edi Patterson (The Righteous Gemstones) and Beverly D’Angelo (National Lampoon’s Vacation).

Violent Night arrives in cinemas on December 2nd.
