Christmas slasher It’s a Wonderful Knife carves out a trailer and poster

October 7, 2023 by Amie Cranswick

RLJE Films and Shudder have released a poster and trailer for the Christmas-themed slasher It’s a Wonderful Knife.

Directed by Tyler MacIntyre, the film stars Jane Widdop as Winnie, a woman who finds herself trapped in a parallel universe a year after she saved her town from a murderer on Christmas Eve, where she is forced to face off against the psychotic killer once more. Watch the trailer below…

A year after saving her town from a psychotic killer on Christmas Eve, Winnie Carruthers’ life is less than wonderful — but when she wishes she’d never been born, she finds herself in a nightmare parallel universe and discovers that without her, things could be much, much worse. Now the killer is back, and she must team up with the town misfit to identify the killer and get back to her own reality. IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE by way of SCREAM.

Joining Jane Widdop in the cast are Jess McLeod, Joel McHale, Katharine Isabelle, William B. Davis, and Justin Long.

It’s a Wonderful Knife arrives in cinemas on November 10th.
