76th annual Golden Globe Awards nominations announced

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association has announced the nominations for the 76th annual Golden Globe Awards, with Adam McKay’s Dick Cheney biopic Vice leading the movie field with six nods, and The Assassination of Gianni Versace topping the TV nominations with four.

Vice will contest the Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy award alongside Crazy Rich Asians, The Favourite, Green Book and Mary Poppins Returns, while Black Panther, BlacKkKlansman, Bohemian Rhapsody, If Beale Street Could Talk and A Star Is Born are nominated for Best Motion Picture – Drama.
