As mentioned above, a number of players gave feedback following the Steam Next Fest demo, and this extra time before launch will allow the developers chance to implement some of these. When the game launches, it will now include an audio option to play with either ‘lingua-technis’, the binaric machine code language of the Adeptus Mechanicus, or the human voiceover from the demo. There will also be enhancements made to movement systems, with an optional setting o allow the Move action to auto-select when cycling between units. There were also several performance concerns raised during the demo period that will be addressed by the development team during this additional time.

The new video below offers an in-depth look at the playstyles, abilities and strategic roles of two deployable leaders within the conflict. The Adeptus Mechanicus leader is Scaevola, an inquisitor with a skill for seeking out xeno technology. Her power revolves around the forbidden knowledge mechanic and her abilities become stronger the more Cognition points the player stores. The Necron leader is Ominekh, a versatile lord who excels at reanimation. Capable of commanding a diverse amount of Necrons, Ominekh is able to generate Dominion each time a Necron reanimates.
