If you’ve only just gotten used to the idea of Nicolas Cage running around in the popular multiplayer survival game Dead by Daylight, then brace yourself for an even bigger screen icon to chest-burst its way into that world, with the news that Alien‘s Xenomorph will join the likes of Leatherface, Michael Myers, and Freddy Krueger as a playable character.
Dead by Daylight is an asymmetrical multiplayer game in which four survivors have to complete tasks in order to escape a fog-shrouded map, all while being pursued by any one of the game’s iconic monsters.
Further details on the Alien update will emerge from the mist on August 8th, but in the meantime here’s the official description and teaser trailer….
