Anton Yelchin and Ashley Greene to star in Burying the Ex

November 17, 2013 by admin

Anton Yelchin (Star Trek Into Darkness) and Ashley Greene (Twilight) will star in an indie horror-comedy Burying the Ex from director Joe Dante (Gremlins). The film is reported to start shooting on Monday in Los Angeles.
Yelchin and Greene will be joined in the cast by Alexandra Daddario (Percy Jackson) and Oliver Cooper (Project X), with Nicolas Chartier’s Voltage Pictures set to produce alongside ArtImage Entertainment, Scooty Woop Entertainment and Act 4 Entertainment are producing.
The story for Burying the Ex sees Yelchin potraying a nice guy (big surprise) whose relationship with his beautiful but overbearing girlfriend takes a nosedive after they decide to move in together.  He’s scared to break up with her but fate steps in when she’s involved in a freak accident and dies, only to return from the grave.
Burying the Ex sounds like it could be fun, with a decent cast. Will you be keeping an eye on this? Let us know in the comments…
